Coordination and supervision of the High Specification A4S Highway “Monterrey – Nuevo Laredo, section La Gloria – San Fernando,” starting at the La Gloria junction located at km 145+000 of the MEX-85D Toll Federal Highway and ending at km 194+000 of the MEX-85 Free Federal Highway, along with supervision services for a new lane on the existing Nuevo Laredo – Monterrey Federal Highway, section La Gloria – San Fernando, between the states of Nuevo León and Tamaulipas.
