Coordination and Supervision of the works of a 2-tower apartment project, TOA and TOB (East Tower A and B), both with 22 residential levels, 1 semi-basement, and 7 underground parking levels, along with a helicoidal tower, an office building with 22 levels, and 2 commercial levels under the Green Building Program and Sustainability Criteria in accordance with the LEED Certification. It is located at Mexico-Toluca Highway No. 5228, El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City. The project includes common areas, green spaces, pathways, walkways, entrances, and roadways.
